I got on a call with one of thier representatives immediately I discovered the flight was canceled and she reassured me I’d get a refund within 48 hours or less. I didn’t believe it due to my past experience but I was happily surprised when the refund came in before the end of the first day. A big thank you to tramango, I’m definitely going to stick around.

The plan cost was good, considering the very good coverage. We didn't have to file a claim this time, but did once in the past and the process went well. I would definitely purchase this plan again for my next vacation.
